Prior to First Day of Enrollment:

Before any child can begin receiving care at our center the following documentation/tasks must be completed for each child being registered.

1. Download, Print and FULLY complete the
   Registration Packet
2. Provide Virginia State Physical Form
3. Provide Proof of Identity (Birth Certificate,Passport)
4. Payment of the NON-REFUNDALE $70.00 registration fee
5. If you are interested in Summer Camp 2011 please download and complete the
   Summer Camp Registration Form.
